The Fire Box

The usual Sunday was spent going to Glorietta with my parents... Celebrating mass... Eating lunch in a Resto... Shopping... But this Sunday is quite different! I went to National Bookstore and bought a box that is commonly seen in movies when an employee was kicked-out from his office. That's why I called it 'the Fire Box'. These Fire boxes are quite different since you are the one who's gonna assemble it. I'm quite an idiot that it took me more than five minutes to assemble the damn thing! But to the help of Jing (my officemate), I was able to pack my things away. It really saddens me to know that tomorrow will be the last Monday at work and my last week at office. I really spent quite sometime in the office. I was able to mature in a certain way and I was able to build a different rapport with my officemates.

I was so tired when I got home that I slept the whole afternoon. When I was about to clean my things. I noticed all the things I'd accomplish at office and all those things that have sentiments to me. I can't help but really feel emotional. But of course, I should move on. A greater challenge lies ahead.
Here's the last glimpe of my work area @ SGV~

Belated HB 4 Me!!

I am awefully busy this past few weeks that I failed to greet myself a happy 24th birthday. This will be my last birthday in the Philippines after my two-year contract at Oz... Anyway, I celebrated it earlier so that I could treat my parents + brother's family @ Italiannis in Glorietta. Had so much fun not only it helped my fixed reimbursements (accumulating that is...) but also having my cute nephew (Francis) and niece (Angelique) around to early-celebrate my birthday.

9 days to go...

A really long time since I last blogged. The real reason was due to pressure in completing all the archiving of my 2005 engagement. Its a tough job but still I set a deadline that I will finish them all this week. Such tasks keep me stay busy, which helps a lot with the current emotions I am feeling regarding my decision to work in Sydney. I feel emotionally down at this moment, not only because I will surely miss my family and friends but also the current situation I am feeling. I just feel that this past few days, I've been spending my time with my friends and going home early with my family. I just can help but feel flustered because someone can't understand my situation. I really fed-up with such circumstance.. And I don't wanna discuss further how pissed I am..

Anyway, few more days and the effectivity of my resignation will take effect. I will miss the SGVian lifestyle. I plan to jot a list of things I will miss... A lot I can think of is closely-related with my lifestyle here at SGV. I think there will be a lot of comparison and adjustments I will make at EY and surely I wish that I could really adopt to their working environment. The fear of not being accepted within the group is predominant but I can't find any reason why such thing will happen. I just wish that there is equality and an open chance to excel. My thoughts are really vague. I 'll post a lenghty one when I'm throught with SGV. hahaha ;)

Btw, its 9 days to go before I'll be SGV alumnus. LOL!!

Say goodbye...

It's really cheesy saying goodbye to the friends that you worked with all your life @ SGV... It's really hard saying in front of them how it feels like going your own separate ways. As hard as it may be, dealing with this emotion is hard to face. Yesterday, I'm with JB, Kabo, Ami, Paul and Myleen ("the Indonesian team"). We showed them our souvenir cds which includes photos, songs, and our personal messages for them. We dined @ G-squared @ Sea Side, Roxas Blvd in celebration of MFG's 60th bday. Our batch's resignation felt accepted at that point. Knowing that our partner is quite sensitive to this kinda issue. At that point, I felt happy knowing that even the slightest, MFG still cares for us in a certain kind of way. Going forth, I believe that last night's event was the best. We walked all the way from Sea Side to Bluewave to get a cab back to SGV. I consider that as one of the best chance to talk about the future ahead of us. When we went back to SGV, the Indonesian team watched the presentation that we prepared for them and I felt certain uneasiness as they are watching our messages for them. I really can't stand the sudden jolt of emotions rushing through. So I just went aside and let them finish the whole presentation. Certainly the remaining time is really that precious since we did not waste this opportunity of talking with them and sharing our very own little stories about each other. I feel happy because once again we got to know each other a bit more intimate. At around 4:30am, they went off except Myleen and me. I don't feel like going home at that point since the sun is an hour away. I let Myleen finish cleaning up her desk and sorting things that will be brought home. The feeling is really different. A month from now, I will be doing the same thing. I fought back how I'm feeling and expressed a nonchalant emotino about the situation. I view Myleen as one of my closest friend in our batch and her departure will surely be a big thing for all of us here especially for myself. I mean how could I go on with my work when I feel a little bit hungry? Who will share with me a half-piece of bread when I'm hungry. Who will insult my devious ways and my evol pangaasar. Who will I call dyosa...

Am I 100% Normal??

You Are 60% Normal

Otherwise known as the normal amount of normal
You're like most people most of the time
But you've got those quirks that make you endearing
You're unique, yes... but not frighteningly so!
